LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ARUVA Music shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from the use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services within the last one (1) month.

• Non-payment may result in account suspension, service termination, and involvement of collection agencies.
