What is Aruva Subscription program?
Aruva Subscription program is a kind of a lease contract where a customer can pay a monthly fee to get a professional audio system installed at his venue.
What are the different subscription plans available?
Our subscription plans starts from as low as 14,999 per month depending on the requirement. Since every place is unique and requires a customised solution we try our best to provide multiple options to our customers with different combination of brands.
What are the hidden charges in the subscription plan?
There aren't any. We submit our proposal with utmost transparency and it includes all the charges related to the subscription. Apart from monthly fee, there are some one time costs related to consumable items like cables, connectors, hardware accessories etc.
Is there a down payment that needs to be paid?
No there is no down payment required for the system. However with the subscription plan there will be a security deposit which depends on the market value of the system being installed. The security deposit will be 100% refundable in nature and shall be returned to customer when the subscription plan is terminated.
Do I have to install the audio system by myself?
No, our team of engineers and technicians will take care of all the activities related to this. Right from cable laying till the final programming and tuning of audio system.
Do I have to pay for installation & delivery?
Yes. Since the professional audio system installation takes many visits and days of our engineers, we charge a minimum fee to cover up the costs related to travel, logistics and stay if any.
What if the installed audio system malfunctions or get damaged?
We assure you that the products we offer are of top quality brands. However any failure occurred due to manufacturer's defect will be covered 100% by us. We will provide a stand by unit within next 2 working days till the faulty unit is repaired. If it can't be repaired then we will replace it with exact same model or with the equivalent
What is your damage policy?
We understand that there will always be some wear n tear when you use our products. General scratches, dents, paint chip offs are all covered. However any failure occurred due to electrical mains supply fluctuation shall not be covered. Also, the deliberate damage done to the systems by sharp objects, hand & power tools or damage done due to negligence like liquid spills, cigarette burns or any such abuse shall not be covered.
What is the lead time offered by Aruva to finish the job?
After completing the KYC and sign up to our subscription plan, we take around 2-4 weeks to bring in and install the system at your place. Delivery timelines may vary according to the availability of the chosen products in the subscription plan.
What is your relocation policy?
Any relocation of speakers or other items within the property premises is offered free of cost. Any additional request for relocation to a different place shall levy a charge as per actuals.
